Keep in touch
There are a variety of ways that you can keep in touch with the NGS as well as the website.
Mailing lists
There are two JISCmail lists for the NGS each of which serves a different purpose.
The NGS-NEWS mailing list is used to send out a fortnightly news update to all subscribers regarding important NGS news, training events, news from partner organisations and events. You can subscribe to NGS-NEWS here.
If you are a current user of NGS resources then it is strongly advised that you subscribe to NGS-STATUS. This will enable you to keep up to date with service status announcements etc. You can subscribe to NGS-STATUS here.
Blogs, Twitter and Facebook
The NGS has a variety of mechanisms to help you keep in touch and stay up to date with the NGS. The NGS blog is syndicated to the home page of this website and we also have a Twitter account (#ukngs) if you like your information short and to the point. There is also a UK National Grid Initiative Facebook page which is shared with GridPP but also has contributions from other e-research associated organisations.
