Having Problems?

The NGS runs a Support Centre which will help you utilise the NGS effectively. It can answer queries on a variety of topics related to our NGS resources and services (including the Certification Authority).

Before contacting the Helpdesk, you should check in the following places to see if your question has previously been answered

By providing us with the pertinent information itemised on Contact the Helpdesk (in particular to which NGS resource or service your issue relates), we will then be able to allocate the support ticket to the correct support staff.
