GSI-SSHTerm Application
GSI-SSHTerm is a desktop application, maintained by the NGS, designed to allow you to easily and securely access the Grid using GSISSH. By default it should work with any UK e-Science Grid where you have an account (e.g. the NGS) using your UK e-Science certificate or a proxy certificate stored in the MyProxy server. For more details visit the GSISSHTerm help page, read the GSISSHTerm FAQ and see the NGS wiki.
The GSISSHTerm is an open source project on Sourceforge where you can download the source code: http://sourceforge.net/projects/gsi-sshterm
- Running / Launching
Due the NGS website relocation; If you have previously downloaded and ran this application you will need to clear your Java WebStart cache (instructions here) and re-launch this application (its internal codebase has now changed).
We highly recommend that you launch the application using the Java WebStart Launch buttons below. This will install the Java runtime environment on your computer if you do not already have Java installed (Java v1.5+ required).
