Connecting Infrastructure, Connecting Research

Tutorials

Web-based Practical Tutorials.

In order to take full advantage of these online tutorials you will need an eScience certificate (and potentially also an NGS account). Please see the the NGS joining pages for further details.

This tutorial introduces the new NGS component which allows you to submit your jobs to the infrastructure without having to know which resources it needs to run on or the details of resource addresses. The WMS has information about the resources on the NGS and can select appropriate ones to run your job.
